Refund policy

At Rosalia The Label, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below. 

To lodge a return, please email our customer service team at shop@rosaliathelabel.com. 

Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date their order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be returned in accordance with the return conditions listed below

Returns requested outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Refund Method

Rosalia The Label does not offer cash refunds.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Store Credit Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Your store credit will be issued within 7 days

  • Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s)

  • All store credits are issued in AUD (Australian Dollars)

  • Store credits expire after 6 months

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or washing

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Accessories

  • Lingerie

  • Swimwear

These items are excluded for hygiene and safety reasons.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@rosaliathelabel.com. 

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Faulty items will be assessed in accordance with consumer guarantee laws.

Where approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Rosalia The Label is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Payment Providers

Orders paid using Afterpay, PayPal, or other payment providers are subject to the same return policy.

Customers must continue any scheduled repayments with their payment provider while a return is being processed, in accordance with the provider’s terms.
